Objective:
The AUPS is an industry driven organization which is working towards driving, developing and promoting standards for the power supply and electronics products industry -- focusing on re-usable, efficient, and multi-port products that encourage innovation and market adoption, thus resulting in more eco-friendly means of powering consumer electronics globally. AUPS promotes and develops timely, relevant, standards for the power supply industry, ensuring interoperability and encouraging innovation and market growth.

Organization:
AUPS is an international non-profit corporation led by a Board of Directors, which represents the voting membership of members worldwide. Voting representation is granted to each corporate member thus formalizing active participation that enables the foremost technology innovation and advances to take place and the highest standard of technology to be approved through committee consensus.

Please email volunteer@allianceforuniversalpower.org if you'd like to volunteer to be active in the management of the AUPS or to be a Task Group leader.

Frequency of Meetings:
The membership will meet once per quarter, Task Groups will meet on an as needed basis as determined by each task group's chairperson.
