Alliance for Universal Power Supplies (AUPS) Sponsorship Packages
In addition to all the benefits of being a member, sponsors also have the benefits of being in a leadership position in the development of this industry alliance - its mission, goals, and operating structure. Sponsors will get widespread industry and market recognition as being leaders in promoting innovation and driving adoption of technology and standards to promote a more eco-friendly means of powering electronic devices.

Based on the level of sponsorship, a sponsor can hold seats on the Board or the Steering Committee, Chair a Task Group, and have an associated level of voting rights. The sponsorship packages and associated benefits are listed below:

Founding Member - $25K first year; $10K per year thereafter

• Key participant in the formation of the AUPS organization including by-laws
• Recognized as a "founding member" of AUPS in all marketing materials and industry coverage
• Holds a seat on the Steering Committee for period of two years
• Can be a Chair of an AUPS Task Group (selected by Steering Committee)
• 15 slots for individuals from company to participate in AUPS general activities
• 15 votes for General Assembly decisions
• All benefits of Corporate Member

Charter Member - $10K per year

• Recognized on the Website and in Press Releases as a Charter Member Sponsor
• Can be selected to be on the Steering Committee by the Steering Committee
• Can be elected to be on the Steering Committee by General Assembly
• Can be a Chair of AUPS Task Group (selected by Steering Committee)
• 10 slots for individuals from company to participate in AUPS
• 10 votes for General Assembly decisions
• All benefits of Corporate Member

Corporate Sponsor - $5K per year

• Can be elected to be on the Steering Committee by General Assembly
• Can be a Chair of AUPS Task Group (selected by Steering Committee)
• Recognized on the Website as Corporate sponsor
• 5 slots for individuals from company to participate in AUPS
• 5 votes for General Assembly decisions
• All benefits of Corporate Member
